1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the cck44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. cck44 may request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawal requests may be withheld pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with cck44. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other credentials associated with your cck44 account. You must not share your login details with any third party. cck44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

Account Verification

cck44 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, cck44 may require you to submit a valid government-issued national identity card, passport, or other identification documents alongside proof of the payment method used. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cck44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cck44 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally trusted payment channels:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — minimum deposit ৳500.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days subject to successful KYC verification and applicable wagering requirements.
• cck44 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

cck44 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a different account or method not associated with the original deposit may be refused and referred to our compliance team.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by cck44 carry a rollover (wagering requirement) of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic bet cancellations, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of advantage play is considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure. cck44 employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of the cck44 platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where applicable:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime involving funds deposited or withdrawn via cck44.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any third-party software to interact with the platform without prior written consent from cck44.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or dishonest conduct across any game or betting market available on cck44.
• Attempting to access areas of the cck44 platform for which you are not authorized, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the platform's software or systems.
• Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to use your account for any purpose whatsoever.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond cck44's reasonable control (including internet disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions. cck44 accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions provided they are communicated to users with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Amendments to These Terms

cck44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the cck44 platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
